ISIDORO RODRIGUEZ’S STATEMENT IN SUPPORT HIS BEING THE 2019 REPUBLICAN CANDIDATE FOR THE VIRGINIA GENERAL ASSEMBLY SENATE DISTRICT 035 SEAT

I am running against Democrat Senator Richard L. Saslaw not only because he supports late-term abortions and illegal immigration by making of Fairfax County a sanctuary jurisdiction, but more importantly because Sen. Saslaw as Co-Chair of the Courts of Justice Committee refused to investigate the violation of Art. VI §1 VA Const and VA Code § 54.1 3915 (1950-2017) by the Supreme Court of Virginia issuance of unconstitutional rules that since 1998 deprived citizens of an independent decentralized legal profession under VA Code § 54.1 3935 (1950-2009).  The benchmark to my challenge to the unconstitutional court rules and my candidacy is the statement of one of the drafters of the VA Const., Patrick Henry, who wrote more than 238 years ago that,

“[p]ower is the great evil with which we are contending. We have divided power between three branches of government and erected checks and balances to prevent abuse of power. However, where is the check on the power of the judiciary? If we fail to check the power of the judiciary, I predict that we will eventually live under judicial tyranny.” (Emphasis added).

As I stated in my 2010 petition to Sen. Saslaw and other NOVA members of General Assembly (https://t.co/sLv7pz3zD5), the unlawful court rules have resulted in the Washington D.C./Virginia Oligarchy of Lobbyist/Lawyers controlling the Virginia legal profession.

In response to my petitions, Sen. Saslaw in 2017 violated the constitutional amending procedures under Art. XII § 1 VA Const., the separation of powers under Art. I § 5 & 9 VA const., and Art VI §§ 1, 5 & 7 VA Const., and. VA Code § 54.1‑3915 (1950-2017), by enacting ex post facto VA Code § 54.1 3935 (2017) to unlawfully expand the power of the Supreme Court of Virginia by retroactively “conform[ing] the statutory procedure [under VA Code § 54.1 3935 (1932-2009)] for the disciplining of attorneys” to the unlawful court rules (www.isidororodriguez.com).

Finally Sen. Saslaw and Democrat Delegates Hurt, Bourne, Kory, and Simon officials have participated in a business conspiracy to damage my pro hoc vice Federal civil litigation practice, reputation, profession, and property rights in a Choate Virginia Attorneys Lien on sunken Treasure Trove in violation of the Common Law, VA Code §§ 18.2.499 & 500, and VA. Code § 2-481(5) by “[r]esisting the execution of the laws under the color of authority.” Evidence of this is their response to my January 5, 2019 petition by introducing Special Legislation House Bill No 2111 on January 9, 2019, seeking to give immunity from accountability to government attorneys and judges from civil liability for their business conspiracy.

Respectfully,

Isidoro Rodriguez
